Make sure you take the time to Memorize your Verses, cut out the Verse Cards and carry them around with you, so they can become part of you, so you can use the powerful sword you have been given to fight the battle in your mind.

I believe the power comes through prayer. A prayerful life is a powerful life. Also, using Scripture I have memorized as a powerful sword to fight the battle in my mind. So, I believe the 2 most powerful aspects of Living a Full Life are Memorizing Scripture and being confident in Prayer.
